Seis2D (2D) - Displays 2D seismic lines

This module displays 2D seismic lines using conventional 2D displays. It supports the following functionality and options:

• Intuitive User Interface

• Easy selection of 2D lines (may have multiple versions) using a survey map

• Selection of trace range to display

• Posting of line intersections above the trace display

• Displays intersecting lines side by side for checking mis-ties

• Variable size magnifying glass with variable software zoom

• User-editable color scales of 256 colors

• Variable Density and a combination of Variable Area (b/w or colour) and Wiggle Trace displays

• Overlays wiggle traces of a second 2D line on top of a variable density display

• Scrolls a second 2D line (i.e. a different version of the line) on top of the displayed 2D line

• A range of horizontal and vertical scales and annotation options

• Bias, trace excursion and reverse polarity display options

• Horizon profiles

• Well trajectories

• 2D Locator

• Option to capture the display to an image file or to a sequence of image files (jpg or png)
