SEISMASTER

Cross-platform Seismic Visualisation and Horizon Tracking and Display System

Seismic Visualisation & Horizon Surface Creation

SEISMASTER® is an interactive, computer platform-independent 2D & 3D seismic visualization & horizon surface tracking software

system.

It offers a cost-effective, flexible and portable solution to geoscientists' seismic data visualization and horizon surface creation requirements.

It enables the user to view multiple seismic volumes and 2D seismic lines in 2D and 3D using modern visualisation techniques and to track, edit and display horizon surfaces and faults.

Research & Development

Framework

SEISMASTER® provides a framework for researchers and developers to create their own applications by extending the GenericApplication Java class of SeisMaster.

The GenericApplication Java class is a complete application that takes care of the I/O and display of seismic, horizons and well trajectories allowing the researcher to concentrate on the algorithms of the extended application.

SeisMaster is developed entirely in Java and Java3D, it can therefore run on most platforms.
